TMV in Ice - Micrographs

Six images (MRC/CCP4 format) are available for download to test the Spider scripts used for the helical processing of Tobacco Mosaic Virus (TMV, Figure). They are images of TMV in ice at a calibrated magnification of 1.163 Å/pixel. These images were recorded on an FEI F30 at 200 kV with a dose of 15 e-/Å2 and an underfocus between 1.5 and 4.0 µm. Please see [1] for details.

Furthermore, a stack of TMV segments is available for download that was used to reconstruct TMV using Frealign v8.09, which implements a helical symmetry operator. The reconstruction and Frealign parameter files are also included for download below.

Please download one file at a time or use the supplied scripts to download files sequentially. Attempts to download more than one file at a time will cause a Service Temporarily Unavailable message to be displayed.
