Rotavirus VP1
Below is a reconstruction of rotavirus RNA polymerase (VP1) ([1]) in MRC/CCP4 format at about 8 Å resolution. The reconstruction was calculated from 4,178 images of rotavirus DLP that were collected at 300 kV on an FEI Titan Krios electron microscope on a Gatan K2 detector at 48,880 magnification, resulting in a pixel size of 1.023 Å. Each five-fold vertex of a DLP was search for the presence of a VP1 subunit. The reconstruction was calculated from about 40,000 detected VP1 subunits.
