Main screen
 Micrograph display with particle selection overlay. Non-particle area in the micrograph can be excluded from automated screening and is indicated by the transparent mask. A floating magnifier enables high-resolution display for close examination of the micrograph. Two monitors to the right of the main display window support particle inspection at various scales and detail. The intensity and contrast of all the displays can be adjusted independently.
Image Stack Editor. It provides functions for particle stack browsing and image frame editing - appending, extraction, and deletion. This editor also supports frequently used image processing functions, e.g., filtering, scaling, and rotational averaging. Stack
Digital gel
 Digital Gel Filtration. Particles with distinctively different density mass can be separated by this histogram display. Through band thresholding, a high-quality particle dataset can be obtained.
