Helical Processing Scripts
These are the Spider scripts used for the helical processing of Tobacco Mosaic Virus (TMV, Figure) [1]. The tar archive includes a PDF file called Spider_procedure.pdf that explains how the scripts should be used. Six TMV test images are also available for download. Please see [1] for details.
