Frealign: Conversion Scripts | The Grigorieff Lab

The attached files and archives contain a collection of scripts that can be used to convert alignment parameters from other image processing packages into Frealign. Some of these scripts were contributed by current users of Frealign. Most of the scripts will have to be adapted to work with specific setups and procedures. The scripts should therefore be used as templates to guide users in customizing their own scripts. A PDF document describing how to convert data from IMAGIC to Frealign is also attached and includes some details of how to run Frealign.
