Hi, can anyone explain what the option FFILT does in FREALIGN?
To me it works as a low-pass filter but I am not sure.

If you FFILT=T it will apply
If you FFILT=T it will apply a Wiener filter that should optimize your reconstruction according to the signal-to-noise ratio of your data. For more information, please read Sindelar & Grigorieff (2012) [1].
