Dongjie Zhu

Dongjie has a great interest in algorithms. He has developed some tools and approaches in single-particle cryo-EM, especially the block-based reconstruction and the signal-to-noise iterative reconstruction method (SIRM). Now, he focuses on template matching and other aspects of cryo-ET/EM.
