I believe Niko is in the process of curating a set of demo scripts as part of a package in which we deposit the data from our recent PNAS paper.

Those should be up shortly.

Otherwise, I can provide you with a set of scripts and a short README next week.

I just looked at the archive for frealign v9.05 (no helical processing).
In the example directory are all the scripts that you need.
