Huge MTF error for sample data
Forums
Hi, I am a new user of FindDQE. When I was running sample data, I found a huge difference of MTF compared to provided result. When I was testing DE12, it even gave a DQE near 3.0, so I would like to ask what can be the source of this error? The parameter I input was the same to the .com file provided.
Thanks in advance.

The exposure you entered could be incorrect. How did you calibrate the exposure?

As in your script, I chose total dose(2) and input 52.8 for total electron dose/pixel.
The following is a copy of my input in bash. What puzzles me is in the reference paper, it gives that DE12 data collection with 13 eps and 25 frames per second, so I wonders how 52.8 total dose/pixel comes from.
You can input either the counts/electron (gain conversion factor) or the total electron dose/pixel.
Enter 1 to input counts/electron, 2 for total dose/pixel
