Refinement crashes during reconstruction

Hi,

I am refining using frealign version 9.11 151013 and during reconstruction frealign crashes with this error message:

Have you seen this error before?

This looks to me like a problem with the particle stack. You should make sure that the stack contains all 144865 images. It is possible that despite the header info some data is missing and when Frealign is trying to read in particles beyond a certain point it reaches the end of the file. It is also possible that this is a disk-related problem and that for some reason the particle stack was not accessible for a short time. Were you able to run a complete cycle of refinement and reconstruction with this dataset before?
