The problem might be that the pixel size is too small. The resolution limit for the reconstruction is set to twice the pixel size. Currently, Frealign thrown an error if a resolution of 1.2 A or higher is given as the resolution limit. This limitation will be removed in future releases but for now a solution is to set the resolution limit for the reconstruction to a value of 1.2 or higher.

Thanks for the update. I was only confused because a value of 0.0 appears to be ok for SPR, but not helical reconstructions.
