frealign9 Normal termination, no output data-files

I am switching from 8.11 to 9.09. The refinement seems went well but the reconstruction does not generate valid output. In the end, the log shows

My input parameter as follows. I look into the code and could not figure out why FALL turns to FALSE while it is set to TRUE explicitly in the frealign_v9.f?
