Niko,
I have downloaded your 'bfactor' program and would like to use it for filtering of the 3D map generated with EMAN.

I am new with your software. How to compile it for MacOS?

I would appreciate very much your help/advise.

Hi Niko,

I can start 'bfactor' on MacOS

bcm-11-77:bfactor 2 irinas$ ./bfactor.exe
BFACTOR 1.03 - 24.07.09
Distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL)

Image format [M,S,I]?

Do you have any Help/tips for this program? I would appreciate it very much.
