Will Ctffind3 and 4 work with the rectangular frames from a DE camera> 5120 × 3840 pixels.

Hi Chris,

Yes, I would expect ctffind3 and ctffind4 to work nicely with rectangular images. We routinely use ctffind4 with K2 data, which is rectangular.
