Any option for binning data during Unblur processing

Hi Tim,

Very quick question, I am just wondering whether there is a way to bin data during Unblur processing ? or I just have to bin data separately after Unblur.

Hi Hun,

The data is currently binned within unblur for speed reasons, but only the unbinned result can be written out. So if you want binned data, you currently have to bin it yourself either before or after running the alignment. I agree it would be a useful feature, and will hopefully be added to the next version.
