new mp version ctffind failed at beginning

Hello Niko,
I compiled the mp version of ctffind3.f, showing no any compiling error.
When starting running, it produced 'segmentation fault' and aborted.

Thanks for letting me know about this problem. I can reproduce it on one of my machines and will look into it further. For now, if you type
unlimit
before running the program (or put this into your shell script) it should run.
