1) Use filter_dbl.com to truncate from 880 to 630 pixels.
   Also filters at 3.8 A (cosine with 13 pixel width) and applies -450 temperature factor.
   -> DLPdbl_14_b450_r3.8.mrc
2) Use cut_dbl.scp to filter and cut out one asymmetric unit.
   Also normalizes density to STD = 1.0 and AVE = 0.0.
   Also converts to xplor format for O and resets pixel size to 1.23 A.
   -> DLPdbl_14_b450_r3.8_cut.mrc -> DLPdbl_14_b450_r3.8_cut.xplor (deleted)
3) Use mapman to convert to ccp4 format -> DLPdbl_14_b450_r3.8_cut.ccp4
4) Determine matrices (see directory matrices).
5) Use ave_em_map_manual_dbl.scp to perform averaging on the normalized map.
   Use matrices_13fold_dbl_manual47_r15.mat as input matrices (see directory matrices).
   Use larger mask file VP6_tTrimer_modelAtoms_r25.mask
   -> ave_DLPdbl_14_b450_r3.8_manual47_r25.ccp4
6) Done!
